Dining

At BreakFree Eco Beach you are less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Byron Bay and the huge number of cheap eateries, gourmet cafes and chic restaurants on offer.

From gourmet kebabs to locally made ice cream, when hunger strikes you can easily find something that’s quick and easy.

If you want a casual lunch or dinner out we highly recommend Cypress Tree for delicious Greek food and Thai@Byron for quick mouth watering Thai cuisine.

For something more formal we recommend the following:

Fish Heads

Heading over to Main Beach from Johnson Street you will find Fish Heads. Offering both take away and stylish dining, indoor or on the deck, Fish Heads serves up the freshest seafood daily.

With its stunning location and relaxed atmosphere, Fish Head delivers a dining experience synonymous with all things Byron Bay.

For a quick and easy meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner try their takeaway menu served from the original 1950’s Kiosk and head down to Main Beach or the lawn and chill out and relax.

Fish Heads is BYO and also serves coffee and cakes all day.

The Eatery on Jonson

Located on Jonson Street, just near the main roundabout in central Byron Bay, The Eatery on Jonson is a great pick for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks or an easy snack.

The Eatery serves freshly roasted and ground coffee and a delicious breakfast and lunch menu full of savoury delights including fresh seafood and a signature club burger not be missed at lunch time.
